Ocean Lawn

The venue also has giant fire pits which can be lit to compliment the sun setting, creating amazing photos. 

A garden style reception in the Ocean Lawn accommodates the largest number of guests up to 1000 people.

Water Salon

The Water Salon is perfect for those who want large indoor ceremonies or receptions. The space is a good backup plan for when the weather does not permit an outdoor event. 

It has floor to ceiling windows that still allow the view of the ocean and provides access to the lawn for an outdoor option. 

It features two stunning fireplaces which make beautiful backdrops in wedding photos, as well as chandeliers that look amazing in pictures. 

It can host up to 950 guests for a cocktail party or up to 280 guests for dinner and dancing.

Island House

If you prefer small gatherings, then you might want to consider choosing the Island House as your event space. 

It is still a great indoor option that provides the view of the ocean in the background. The beautiful columns in this space and indoor beauty will look great on your wedding photographs. 

The Island House also has access to the lawn, giving both an indoor and outdoor option.

The Loft

The Loft is located on the second floor of the Island house which can be used for small cocktail parties or small celebrations, but it is more often used for pre-wedding photos as a bridal suite. 

It has an open layout allowing for more space, but with gorgeous chandeliers and views of the ocean that make for great backdrops for wedding photography. 

The small spaces can also be used to host rehearsal dinners or post-wedding brunches.
