It wouldn’t be surprising if this venue went above expectations because they offer everything one would need including setup/cleanup coordination during event time as well as full catering staff ready 24 hours per day 7 days a week!
Worry not if you don’t want the party to be over since Overnight accommodations are available for your guests. Lastly, they have a huge parking lot!
RESTRICTIONS
While Bar Harbor Club Maine has everything set for your wedding day, there are guidelines to be followed so everyone can have a good time throughout the event.
All food and beverage are handled by the venue with a Food & beverage minimum that needs to be met. For a cleaner event, No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc. must be scattered on the venue.
Amplified music is allowed indoors and outdoors but all the loud and jolly music must end by 11:00 PM so as not to disturb guests from nearby hotels.
WEDDING COST
You deserve to have a meaningful event with professional services. The rental fee is $4,000 and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up/clean up which could be as much or more than what you paid! If that isn’t enough there’s also the option to add extra rooms at additional cost – just let the venue know how many people are coming so they can plan accordingly
