Our team is dedicated to providing you a seamless experience from the first time we meet until the delivery of your photographs, and we work hard to capture your day so you can feel the moments in your photos, and remember them long after your celebration ends.

With over 500 weddings behind us, we’ve never photographed 2 that were alike. We’re looking forward to learning more about you, and to capturing the special things that will make your wedding day unique.

Frequently Asked Questions

Rates for Boston wedding photographers vary widely based on skill, talent and experience. The value lies in the results.

With hundreds of weddings in our portfolio and glowing reviews from our clients, our wedding photography starts at 7000 with Nicole and 5000 with Karen or Masao. Collections include at least 6 hours of coverage and an online gallery of high-resolution digital files.

City Hall weddings and elopements start at 2200. Wedding videography starts at 5000.

Be sure to book asap, if you’re getting married on a summer Saturday. Those dates do fill up quickly.

Most of the couples we work with book their wedding 6 to 18 months or more out. However, we are occasionally able to accommodate people on short notice. Please contact us to be sure we have your date available. We can schedule an introduction by phone or online. A 50% deposit and signed contract will ensure no one else takes your spot.

I left my full time job as a management consultant with Deloitte in 2010 and have been a full time Boston wedding photographer ever since. Masao and Karen have also been photographing weddings since then and we’ve never looked back. Photography is our life’s work and none of us can imagine doing anything else.

Videography allows us to capture the sights and sounds of your day, and create motion pictures that tell your story with impeccable style. Before the wedding day, our team engages in thorough preparation. We will send you our detailed questionnaire that is designed to help us understand your style, preferences, family dynamics, and the key elements you want us to focus on. Taking a proactive approach throughout, we’ll tailor your experience to fit your needs and desires. We will also assist with timeline creation, ensuring your day flows seamlessly from start to finish.

You can expect us to arrive early to capture the preparations, decor, and venue details before everything begins. Throughout the day, we’ll blend into the background to capture all the candid moments and significant events. When it comes time for planned portraits with family and friends, we’ll step forward to give you gentle guidance that will help you relax and look naturally beautiful in your photographs..

During the very busiest times of year it can take 3 weeks. However, that is unusual, and we are generally much faster. We know how excited you’ll be to see your photos and we can’t wait to deliver them to you as soon as they are ready.

Yes, we travel frequently and jump at the chance whenever it arises. We keep our passports ready for the next adventure and put our hearts into capturing the landscape, architecture and atmosphere of locations worldwide.

What to Expect

1. Initial e-mail: Are you available?

Reach out to me tell me about your wedding date and venue. Within 24 hours, I’ll email you back and let you know of our availability.

2. Meet and greet: Are we a good fit?

During this time, we get to know each other better and ensure that we’re a good fit. We can talk about how I would approach photographing your day, special details that you have planned, packages and pricing, and any questions that you might have for me.

3. Booking and Contract

Once you decide to move forward, I’ll send you an online booking agreement to review and e-sign. This document outlines the scope of work, payment details, and other important terms. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date.

4. Pre-Wedding Planning

Leading up to your wedding, we’ll stay in touch to understand our photo timeline, special requests, people/things that are important to you, and must-have portraits.

5. Wedding Day

On your big day, we’ll arrive early to capture the preparations, decor, and venue before everything begins. Throughout the day, we blend into the background, capturing candid moments and all the significant events. We’re also there to manage any planned portraits with family and friends.

6. Post-Wedding Editing

After the wedding, we carefully select and edit your photos and videos. This process involves color correction and ensuring each image reflects the emotion of your special day.

7. Photo & Video Delivery

Our contract states that we will delivery the final photo gallery within 8 weeks and final films within 6 months. However, we aim to exceed those timelines, and we have successfully done so for the last decade!

You’ll receive a private link where you’ll be able to download and share your finished photos and films.

8. Albums & Wall Art

Our designer, Karen, will collaborate with you to create your wedding album and wall art for your home, bringing your photos to life. We conduct these sessions via video chat, allowing us to make adjustments to the design in real time. Using specialized software, we can overlay images of your wall art in your living room, helping you visualize the sizing and colors. Similarly, we use this software to design your album interactively, enabling us to dedicate some pages to a single photo while others feature a collage of images.
