Granite Links Golf Club in Quincy, MA feels like my backyard, mainly because I’ve been a Quincy resident for my entire life, and also because I know it so well. I used to take golfing lessons here and have shared many wonderful conversations on the driving range.
A few helpful tips:
Uplighting will TRANSFORM the ballroom. I love the floods of purple colors during Peter and Vi’s wedding reception. It made for some vivid dancing images!
If timing works out, a staff member from the country club will be able to take you, your newly married spouse, and myself to the quarry rock walls. It’s a short ride via golf course!

Granite Links Golf Club is a 27-hole award-winning course that was founded in the former quarry site of Nantucket. Nowadays it has become one of Massachusetts’ best courses with new expansion plans on its way! The architects behind this incredible work are talented, creative people who have been able to create an elegant and beautiful landscape from nothing more than granite rock!
HOW MUCH IS A GRANITE LINKS GOLF CLUB WEDDING?
With a rental fee from $750 to $3,250, you can celebrate your wedding at Granite Links Golf Club. The package includes 5 hours of event time and does not include set up or clean-up fees.
All of the food and drink requirements for your big day will be met with their catering service. Granite Links can provide you with a wide range of items, including alcoholic beverages (you can also opt for bar services). The catering fee is a minimum of $1,000 per event (a ceremony) but additional hours are available at an hourly price – just call it $25 per staff member every time they’re needed? Sounds good right?!
Note: There is a 23% service charge when choosing Granite Links on your wedding day. This is made up of an 18% gratuity and a 5% administrative fee.

A grand wedding is the most wonderful event in a person’s life. Grand Ballroom
The elegant Grand Ballroom at Granite Links Golf club is one of the most elegant rooms in all of Massachusetts. Pavilion Tent

Veranda
Granite Links is the perfect place to have your intimate wedding with close friends and family. The Veranda Room offers floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Boston as well as golf course scenery making it an unforgettable location for a small yet memorable day.
The Granite Room
The Granite Room provides an intimate setting just off the award-winning Tavern Restaurant. The warm and inviting space is separated by two French doors, giving couples a cozy respite from bustling bar crowds or main dining room activity while they enjoy their special day together with the closest wedding guests in this beautiful venue!
Hannon Ballroom
The Hannon Ballroom is a luxurious venue for all your special events, with its high ceilings and beautiful views. Making up two-thirds of the Grand Ballroom, this space can hold up to 500 guests but the venue recommends 200 for more space for dinner and dancing
The elegant room features tons of windows on both sides which allows natural light from the picturesque Boston skyline or Harbor Islands to filter in through tall walls while celebrating your wedding day.
Ross Ballroom
The Hannon Ballroom is one-third of the grand ballroom. It features high ceilings, walls covered in windows, and an outdoor terrace with beautiful views of the Boston skyline from downtown Harbor islands!

The best time to take wedding photos at Granite Links Golf Club is during the sunset. Your wedding photographer can also take some shots of your guests playing golf or sitting around the fire pit after dinner. The course has a beautiful backdrop with plenty of places to explore and capture those perfect memories!

“We could not be happier with choosing Granite Links Golf Club for our wedding venue. They were amazing from start to finish. Everything went so smoothly and the service was top-notch. The food was amazing and guests are still raving about it! They offer affordable packages that include SO much. They are upfront with all of their pricing and unlike many other venues, there were no hidden fees. We had to postpone a year and they really could not have been any more accommodating. We had the option to switch dates or get all of our money back. After hearing so many horror stories from friends going through nightmares with their venues… I was so grateful for them.
Our wedding coordinator Sara is the absolute best!!! I can not say enough good things about her. She was so responsive and so helpful throughout the entire process. She really did plan the wedding of our dreams! From dealing with my indecisiveness, to managing our crazy families & ridiculously large bridal party, to making my vision come true with a 40 person head table— I could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator. Our day of wedding attendant Susan was also amazing!! She was right by our side making sure we were all set the entire night. “Seriously, if I could give Granite Links 10 out of 5 stars I would. From the moment we first called GL to inquire if it would work for us they were extremely friendly and helpful. We worked with Sara, and she was amazing! She worked with us to find a package that would work within our budget and for our number of guests. We were sooo happy to learn we could afford such an amazing venue. Throughout COVID Sara and GL provided frequent updates and were very flexible in the event that we would have to change our plans. Luckily we did not! We got married on 7/4/21 and it was the most amazing day of our lives! For both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding we worked with Sara and Susan. They were both so attentive and ensured everything went perfectly. They place looked absolutely amazing!!! They worked with all our other vendors and as the bride I felt so confident that everything was handled and I was not stressing. “Granite link was more than accommodating for our micro-wedding. We had to cut our guest list drastically due to COVID-19 regulations. We changed all of our plans and planned this smaller ceremony within a month and a half. The coordinator, Sara Coyne, was absolutely fantastic. She had the idea to set up high top tables for people to socialize in small groups to maintain safety and social distancing during our reception. Food and drinks were presented to us in a timely manner, there were never any waiting periods for anything! They also helped us to stay on schedule, which is so difficult to manage at times during your wedding!
It unfortunately rained during our wedding day, luckily Granite Links already had a plan B to have us take pictures inside the grand ballroom which was stunning! Would recommend to anyone!”
