ABOUT LAKEVIEW PAVILION

The Lakeview Pavilion has a rich history, dating back to 1906. The hall was first opened by its original owners in 1989 and continues on today with the Kourtidis family managing it since 2014 following a devastating fire that ravaged much of what once were beautiful grounds two years ago. Now they have risen from these ashes just a strong testament for all those who come tomorrow!

The Lakeview Pavilion is a perfect venue for your dream wedding. With its waterfront and woodland views, you can be sure that this space was created with couples in mind. The team over here has been planning weddings 25 years ago–they know what it takes to put on an unforgettable event! They’ll work tirelessly to see two people’s hearts happy on their biggest day of all.

HOW MUCH IS A LAKEVIEW PAVILION WEDDING?

Weddings at Lakeview Pavilion are a dream come true! With an option for both the ceremony and reception, you can have your special day here. The starting fee is about $2000 for receptions and $1500 for wedding ceremonies. Additional fees apply depending on what type of event it needs to be and if certain add-ons come to mind.

HOW MANY WEDDING GUESTS CAN LAKEVIEW PAVILION HOLD?

When you need a venue to host your wedding, look no further than the grand Lakeview Ballroom. This impressive space can accommodate up to 400 guests with dinner and dancing. For those who want it all or just need an intimate affair for 180 people, The Lakeside Pavilion & Terrace is also there.

The venue’s own cocktail lounge area is decorated with flowing white curtains and gives guests access to the private deck, gazebo terrace areas overlooking a beautiful lake. The ballroom has its bridal suite including all-white decor featuring spectacular windows as well as modern chandeliers that create an elegant atmosphere for your special day!

You and your guests will be blown away by the beauty of this place! The tall ceilings create a sense of mystery as you enter, with beautiful views from every angle. You’ll love that we have floor-to-ceiling windows for watching sunsets or writing vows under chandeliers. With polished hardwood floors combine – it does add something special to any event here where you can celebrate with up to 160 wedding guests (with extra chairs available).

This ballroom is a stunning location overlooking the lake with its cocktail lounge, separated by draped white curtains. The space features a modern fireplace and offers access to a private terrace that overlooks beautiful scenery including water views from high up above in trees!

This ballroom can be reserved exclusively for you- it’s got everything needed: all white decorating style; spectacular windows where guests will feel like they’re walking on air thanks to their lofty ceiling height, chandeliers lit up beautifully every night, and even your very own bridal suite and powder room!

“My fiancé and I fell in love with this venue the second we saw it online so we had to set up a meeting in-person to tour it. Once we went for our in-person tour it was decided then and there that no other venue could compare to LakeView Pavilion because we fell in love with what they offered, how beautiful and amazing it looked, how welcoming the staff was and just how elegant it looked.

You may not hear this much from Guy’s perspective but let me tell you once we walked into the front door I was in shock. I loved this place. The first thing I noticed was just the massive window pains with the Lake as the backdrop. I could picture my fiancé and I standing there in front of our family, friends, and loved ones saying our vows to one another. It was picture perfect and then you add in the beautiful glass chandeliers with the high ceilings it will make every Bride and Groom look like a million bucks. My fiancé (now wife) likes to be prepared and plan so we booked Lakeview Pavilion a year and half in advance before our wedding Date “May 8th,2021” so obviously it was before Covid was a thing. Anastasia and her staff kept us both up to date with all the changes with the Covid protocol. Like most couples trying to get married during Covid it was a big disappointment hearing about limited capacity for a wedding with no dancing at all. When you have been planning for a year and half in advance thats hard to hear that you have to cut you guest list to just a handful of family. But thankfully Massachusetts and the Governor start lifting Covid guidelines and it was it great news to hear and just in time. Anastasia and her team kept me and my wife updated with all the new changes and stayed positive for our upcoming wedding. With just two weeks before the wedding Lakeview was on top of everything in contact with us almost daily about scheduling, rehearsal, seating arrangements, menu, and decorations and set up. My wife and all her bridesmaids during and after the wedding were nonstop complementing Michelle and Patty our “wedding coordinators that day” were on top of everything with helping my wife and myself with food and also helping in anyway needed-like toddler duty. We can’t say enough about how Lakeview went over the top with making our special day go off without a hitch. Let me tell you if you need a venue that covers all bases this is the place to do it. There is something for everyone and all your guest will agree. Thank you Lakeview Pavilion for Our special day. Cindy and I can’t thank you enough. We are so thrilled and thankful for everything you had done for us.”

“Lakeview runs their weddings like a well oiled machine. I had only been to 2 weddings in my adulthood before mine, so to say I didn’t really know what I was doing when it came to weddings was an understatement. They told me what had to be done and when, they presented me with the choices I had to make, they lined up my bridal party and made sure everyone was organized. We had planned an outdoor ceremony but I had decided to move it inside last minute because the weather was looking iffy, they had already set up outside and moved everything inside quickly without question when we called them just a few hours before the ceremony. My husband is active duty military and we are stationed 1200 miles away from our friends, family, and Lakeview Pavilion, and they were extremely accommodating to us. They let us come over just hours before a wedding took place if that was the only time we could come to have a meeting. They let us do lots of meetings over the phone. They allowed me to bring my family to a private tasting since my fiancee could not fly home. The wedding ran incredibly smoothly, the staff were incredibly organized and attentive. Our bridal attendant, Kelly, was with me the whole day, fluffing my train for every picture, bringing me a new margarita when mine was getting empty, and even bringing my husband another piece of steak because he loved it so much. I would recommend this venue to everyone who wants their wedding to go smoothly.”
