Many of my Fenway Park wedding couples for 2015 have said, “I didn’t know Fenway was even an option until I saw your wedding on Huffington Post, Cosmopolitan, Boston Weddings, Pinterest, or xyz Wedding blog”. I’ve had incredible editorial success with weddings that I’ve photographed at Boston’s iconic Fenway Park mainly because I find that couples that get married at Fenway Park know what they love, and that’s their family, their friends, and the Red Sox!

HOW MUCH IS A WEDDING?

The site fee for wedding ceremonies and receptions at Fenway Park can range from $5,000-$8,000 depending on whether your event would be held during a peak season or not. Included in the site fee would be things like tables and chairs, event set-up and clean-up, linens, glassware, chinawares, and even event planning!

WHO IS THE CATERER FOR FENWAY PARK WEDDINGS?

The stadium known for its delicious food has a menu that will satisfy any appetite. Whether you’re in the mood for breakfast or dessert after your game, they have something to fit all occasions!

In 2015, the Red Sox teamed up with Aramark and Green City Growers to create Fenway Farms – a 5,000 square foot organic rooftop garden next to vineyards on Deck. All produce from this facility is used throughout Boston in concessions, private club areas as well events which include donating excess food products across town at local homeless shelters.

OTHER HELPFUL INFORMATION FOR YOUR RED SOX FENWAY PARK WEDDING

• A passionate day-of liaison will be onsite with you for the duration of your time at this historic ballpark. They’ll answer any questions and assist in all our needs so that we can make sure every guest has an amazing experience there!
• To avoid the risk of inclement weather, the management will be monitoring conditions closely in advance. If predicted storm systems are severe enough for venues not under contract with us or if it’s otherwise too dangerous then there can be no guarantee of a backup plan on-site at your event!
• Events Services is happy to help you prepare for your big day, but please note that managing a wedding falls outside of their service area. Many couples find it beneficial when hiring an outside coordinator who can assist with all those pesky details! The management will be happy to provide a list of trusted partners, planners, and vendors that they have worked with within the past.
