Trinity Church

Trinity Church in the City of Boston, located in the Back Bay of Boston, Massachusetts, is a parish of the Episcopal Diocese of Massachusetts. 

Trinity Church provides five services on Sundays and three times a week during the day from September through June. Within the spectrum of Anglican worship styles, Trinity has been traditionally considered one with broad values in style.

The Trinity Church has a deep commitment to being the church of all people. They offer programs for every age and are devoted to making their parish home as welcoming as possible, with activities that range from high-level choirs like the Trinity Choir or Schola to children’s programming.

Old South Church

The Old South Church (also known as Third Church or New Old South Church) is a historic church that has served as the spiritual home for Bostonians since 1669.

The church was built on newly filled land in the Back Bay section of Boston has been designated a National Historic Landmark. Located at 645 Boylston Street and on Copley Square, this High Victorian Gothic building is one of the finest churches in New England for its architecture.

Fun Fact: Old South Church is the first Christian Church in the city of Boston to officiate a same-sex wedding when Massachusetts legalize gay marriage in 2004.

Cathedral of Holy Cross

The Cathedral of the Holy Cross is a towering, imposing structure at the heart of Boston. It’s not only one of New England’s largest Roman Catholic churches but also houses some incredible art and detail in its architecture for those who take time to admire it all!

The Cathedral of the Holy Cross is a historic church located in Boston’s South End neighborhood, at 1400 Washington St. Although this area was originally developed as an Anglo-Saxon Protestant residential zone, it transitioned to primarily Irish immigrants after middle-class residents moved on to new neighborhoods like Back Bay with roomier houses and bigger yards.

The Cathedral of the Holy Cross was designed by the famed ecclesiastical architect, Patrick Keely. It is one of his few projects which utilized Gothic Revival styling while mixing in some features from other styles as well.
