There are so many names for this bridge. I think the official name is “Harvard Bridge”, but I’ve heard it called MIT bridge, “the other bridge” (other than the Zachim), the Boston skyline bridge and Massachusetts Avenue Bridge (holy crap, what a mouthful). I doubt the last one is really used often. That’s just way too many syllables. I, and most locals, or call it the Mass Ave Bridge. This bridge connects Cambridge and Boston and runs over the Charles River. It’s right on MIT campus, and is one of favorite Boston skyline spots. My top favorite is the Charles River near the DCR Hatch Shell. (However, this view doesn’t have the iconic Prudential or John Hancock buildings… but I have more access to run around the riverfront!)
