Beacon Hill

An A in Boston Wedding Venues

Boston’s Beacon Hill is known for its brick row houses, classic cobblestone streets, narrow brick sidewalks and adorable charm. This historic neighborhood is one of my most requested locations for engagement portraits, mainly because of its stunning beautiful during all times of the year. Though I love visiting this picturesque and popular Boston area, I would always prefer a location that is personal and meaningful (college campus, place where he proposed, restaurant/bar that you both frequent). I always welcome activity-based engagement sessions, too! Those are my favorite – making chocolate chip cookies together, walking the pups, going sailing, etc. Once, I went skiing with a couple. Another time, I went to their cross fit gym where they met! It was awesome. :)

Back to Beacon Hill’s engagement location advantages: Acorn Street is a long cobblestoned road that is perceived to be the most photographed street in the country. (I’m not sure how one would decide that.) It’s a must-stop in my Beacon Hill wanderings!
