Dinner at the Kowloon

Weddings are events of celebration and happiness. You surround yourself with the people you love to mark the start of a new chapter in your life – and it’s a party!

Wendy and Jon completely nailed it! When I took these pictures, they had actually already gotten married. In Aruba. Doesn’t that sound perfect? After a beautiful time with their closest family and friends, they came back up to Boston to continue celebrating. That’s where we came in to document all of it!

Over 300 people, all family and friends, gathered at the Kowloon restaurant in Saugus. The venue is almost entirely red, with amazing light fixtures and an open layout. It’s very visually appealing and makes for great shots. Photographing this event was so much fun. Not only were Wendy and Jon fantastic hosts who made sure to interact with everyone – they also know how to throw a party.

There was lots of laughter, dancing and beer. And so much food!
