Estate at Moraine Farm wedding: Laura & Billy

Laura, Billy and I hung out one day at the Taj hotel for drinks. My first 30-second impression was, “Holy crap. This girl never stops smiling. This is amazing.” I’ve never meet anyone in my life so animated and so joyous. I love her excitement and energy, even for silly things like… when I shared with her our air bnb strategy (which btw, I’m so glad that you two decided to go with!) Billy thought the same. he tells me that when they started dating, she made him laugh all the time. “We seemed to have an incredible amount of fun whenever we were together.” He says that it only took him a short few months to think – she is the one.

Side note: When I met Laura’s sisters and her mother – and I thought… yup, this is Laura she gets it from – a solid, loving family. Love poured out of them – their hugs, their smiling eyes, and their words that they said about Laura and Billy. Elena, Laura’s sister, even let Laura borrow her veil to wear!
Laura and Billy envisioned a wedding that was personal and reflective of them. They wanted to meld cultures. Laura is Jewish. Billy is Irish Catholic. Somehow, they found a rabbi that embraces both of their cultures and had him officiate a beautifully lighthearted ceremony on the lawn at the Estate at Moraine Farm. The day continued with a kickass dance party inside of Moraine Farm’s wedding tent – complete with warm uplighting and a lively band.
