ELEGANT, TIMELESS, AND BEAUTIFUL MATERNITY PORTRAITS

As I type this, I am 36 weeks pregnant (36+3, actually), and I’ve been going through the range of emotions on a daily basis – nervous, excited, scared… and repeat.

There are days where I wake up, and I feel like crud. All mothers know what I mean. I’d moan and groan about all of the weird body changes and at times, uncontrollable emotions. (I broke down in a grocery store because they ran out of pre-made vegetable platters.) Pregnancy is strange, but amazing.

On clear days, I’m able to see what’s actually happening.

My husband and I are creating a life. My body is creating a tiny human, who I am told will bring me more joy than ever thought imaginable.

As a Boston maternity photographer, I help women celebrate this beautiful time. They say that when a baby is born, a mother is born as well. Whether it’s your first child, or your 8th, pregnancy is an incredible thing.
