Elegance, Joy, Sincerity. The three words I’d use to describe Nikki and Tim’s wedding

Note: None of those words involved “Nor’easter” or “lucky rain day” for their Boston Lenox Hotel wedding. There weren’t people constantly coming up to the couple, asking if they were frazzled from the weather. Nikki and Tim were getting married on a incredible day in October and I knew the day would be incredible. Sure, maybe the two were a bit nervous, but in both getting ready rooms, there was a sense of calmness and excitement. Oddly enough, we were over an hour early, so we had some awesome time to get a bit creative with portraits!

Nikki’s dress was made for her. No  better way to describe it.

The train is show-stopping. She is a stunning bride and Tim’s face said it all when he saw her for the first time in the hallway of their Boston Lenox Hotel Wedding.

Both their sisters, Sara and Sarah, made beautiful speeches

Their sisters talked about how happy they were for their sibling and new sibling-in-law. They reminisced stories about growing up together and how they two are so compatible!

My favorite parts of the day were when we were able to get on the roof and take some epic portraits. Most couples would prefer to stay inside for the Nor’easter and the insane gushes of winds, but I was happy that they were on the adventurous side! I stood on a ladder in front of a dozen chimneys to get a good view of Nikki and Tim on the Boston Lenox Hotel wedding rooftop overlooking the city. My jackets will smell like smoke for quite a while, but it was 1000% worth it!!

I loved being there for the two of them and I can’t wait for them to come back for their Reveal and Design Appointment so that they can see the rest of their photographs 🙂
